Welcome to my Portfolio for my Graduation Internship.
This portfolio showcases my work during the last few months as part of my final internship project. My focus has been on redesigning the National Lottery platform to enhance user experience, accessibility, and usability for a diverse audience. Following the Design Thinking Methodology, I’ve structured the portfolio into five phases: Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.
You’ll find detailed insights into each stage of the process, outlining the research, design decisions, and iterative improvements made along the way. While the portfolio itself provides a comprehensive overview, additional links are included for deeper dives into analyses such as competitive benchmarking, user journey mapping, and accessibility evaluations.
I invite you to explore my journey and see how I’ve approached improving the platform’s design to create a more user-friendly and accessible experience.
