Reflecting on my work, I see that I’ve successfully navigated through multiple phases of the Phanda Pusha Play project, especially when it comes to user testing. Initially, the task seemed daunting due to the challenge of accessing real users for testing. However, by collaborating with my contact, Ferry, and leveraging the connection through Jody, I was able to bring in users from South Africa for valuable feedback. This approach not only helped gather key insights into the platform’s usability but also contributed to refining the design in ways that will make it more user-friendly.
