What was the task I had?
My task was to conduct user testing for the Phanda Pusha Play lottery redesign project, focusing on gathering valuable insights to improve the platform’s usability and user experience.

What did I do?
I coordinated with my contact person, Ferry, to connect with users from South Africa through Jody, a South African lecturer. The goal was to access a diverse group of users for testing and feedback. But that didn't workout so I tried contacting users through the clients themselves.
What was the result?
The result was the successful arrangement of user testing with South African users, providing feedback that helped refine the redesign of the lottery platform.
How did it contribute to the project?
It contributed by offering real-world insights from actual users, which provided critical feedback to improve the platform’s usability, ensuring it better met the needs of the target audience.
