I conducted a competitive analysis, reviewed the existing user journey, and performed heuristic evaluations to assess usability and accessibility issues. I also gathered assumptions based on existing data to form a baseline understanding of user challenges.

I identified critical usability issues such as complex navigation, accessibility barriers, and inconsistencies in the user interface. These findings helped pinpoint areas requiring immediate attention during the redesign process.
