The task was to compile a Research Report summarizing findings from the initial phases, including competitive analysis, user journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations, to establish a clear understanding of the platform's challenges and opportunities.

What did I do?
I organized and analyzed all the data collected in earlier phases, structured it into a comprehensive report, and included key insights, problem areas, and recommendations for the redesign. This report served as a bridge between the research and design phases.
What was the result?
The Research Report provided a detailed overview of the platform’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as user pain points and areas requiring immediate attention. It acted as a guiding document for stakeholders and ensured everyone was aligned on the project goals.
