I developed user personas based on the insights gathered during the research phase, representing different types of users, such as casual players, regular lottery participants, and first-time users. I also mapped user journeys to visualize their experiences and challenges while navigating the platform.
What was the result?
The user personas and journey maps highlighted varying levels of digital literacy, common pain points like confusing navigation, and unmet needs such as clear account management options. This helped prioritize which areas of the platform needed the most attention.
